研究进展:
1.评价十五种单体人参皂苷对人体五种主要P450酶活性的影响并与药物存在相互作用(PLoS ONE 2008; 3: e2697. *通讯作者),该研究对于深入理解人参与药物的相互作用及临床优化联合用药具有重要意义。报道青蒿素及其衍生物对卵巢癌和肝癌的抗癌活性及构效关系并探讨其分子机制(J Cell Mol Med 2009 Jul;13:1358-70. *通讯作者; Clin Cancer Res 2008; 14: 5519-30. *通讯作者),已申请专利(专利申请号为200910049092.1),该研究为青蒿素类化合物作为新型抗癌(辅助)药物用于临床研究提供依据。
2.发现PALB2、FGFR2等基因的遗传多态性与中国汉族妇女乳腺癌易感性相关(Clin Cancer Res 2008; 14: 5931-37.*通讯作者; Carcinogenesis 2008 Dec;29:2341-6. *通讯作者)。发表关于维生素D和钙的摄入量对女性乳腺癌风险关系的Meta-analysis研究成果(Breast Cancer Res Treat. 2009 Oct 23. [Epub ahead of print]. *通讯作者),该研究成果表明维生素D和钙在乳腺癌预防中的重要作用,提示女性足量补充维生素D和钙可以降低乳腺癌发生风险,以上研究对于我国乳腺癌高危人群的筛选、乳腺癌的早期预防和治疗具有重要意义。
